Kuwait airways, the flag carrier of Kuwait is hiring cabin crew for it's base in Kuwait City. Despite the last decade downturn of the airline, Kuwait airways is now back on track with new aircraft orders, fleet renewal, and routes expansion. They are actually looking for cabin crew of ALL nationalities...so why not applying?
what does it take to be a Kuwait airways cabin crew?

1. Between 20 to 32 years of age at the time of joining.
2. Females only and all nationalities considered.
3. Minimum height: 160cm & weight proportionate to height.
4. Completion of secondary education (12 years).
5. Priority will be given to candidates with a higher education level.
6. Fluent English (Spoken & Written) Additional languages will be an advantage.
7. Well groomed & physically fit to work as a Flight Attendant.

In addition to the job requirements, we believe our cabin crew should possess the following skills:

• Good communication and Excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with difficult passengers.
• Good general health and fitness.
• Positive attitude and Assertiveness.
• Ability to work with a challenging schedule.
• Being professional at the same time having empathy for others.

and what's on offer?

Monthly allowance during the first 6-8 weeks (cabin crew training period) =

240 Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) = 800 USD / netto/monthly

After completion of the cabin crew training period, it will be around

535 KD = 1765 USD / net/monthly and including flying allowance

FREE Training course, Visa, Fly ticket, Designer uniform

FREE duty transport during the entire training period + after training if still staying in the KAC rest house
2 years renewable contract based on performance

30 days annual leave + 16 days instead of the public governmental holidays given by State of Kuwait ( No. of annual leave days and times Cabin Crew will get is subject to operational requirements and as per KAC policy).

Layover allowances will be paid when staying in a hotel away from Kuwait home
